Job Description

The Field Service Planner is responsible for:
*Quote, plan, schedule, invoice and coordinate Field Service jobs in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
*Execute field service contracts, including SAP entries, invoices, site visit scheduling, and materials planning to ensure adherance to our contractual agreements.
*Manage inventory for field jobs and van stock, including parts ordering, proactive delivery tracking, and stock accuracy.
*Proactively move jobs forward through the field service process by driving actions of field service engineers, supply chain team, and customers.

Other main responsibilities include:

*Create, maintain, and track field service opportunities and quotes using C4C, SAP and VeasyQuoter.
*Create and maintain field service jobs in SAP for chargeable, contract, warranty, and internal jobs.
*Use Innosoft planning software to schedule, track, and maintain FSE activities.
*Order and expedite parts as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate status and tracking details to stakeholders.
*Communicate with customers to schedule/confirm service dates and parts deliveries and to uncover customer-specific requirements for access.
*Proactively review WIP regularly, to detect potential delays and stalled jobs. Take action or assign tasks to drive jobs forward.
*Maintain WIP report and lead weekly WIP meeting.
*Monitor transactions by FSEs to ensure timely and accurate entries for labor, materials, travel expenses, EPAS codes, Risk Assessment, and Field Report.
*Review, close and invoice jobs as they complete throughout the month.
*Keep SSE informed of scheduled jobs in their territory. Work closely with SSE for quoting and PO updates.

*Execute field service Contracts, including SAP entries, invoicing, site visit scheduling, and materials planning. Ensure FSEs adhere to scope of contract.
*Act as champion and process owner for existing Contracts to ensure that we delight our customers with our services, timeliness, quality, and communication.
*Monitor pending Contract expirations within 3 months and communicate with all stakeholders, especially SSE, to engage in the renewal process.

*Proactively contact customers to schedule complimentary Health Checks or Sales Assist visits to increase FSE productivity, especially when traveling.
*Communicate frequently and effectively with customers, FSEs, and Service Management to drive jobs forward and keep stakeholders informed.
*Monitor systems processes to ensure that data transfer between C4C, SAP, Innosoft, and VeasyQuoter. Troubleshoot user errors. Escalate system errors.
*Act as Subject Member Expert for field service processes, procedures and commercial policies - driving accurate financial settlements and process adherance for self and others.
*Act as primary interface between Customer Center and United Field Service Team.
*Manage the Leak Detector rental program, ensuring process integrity for Rental Agreement, return inspection, inventory tracking, and billing.
*Manage the subcontract process for Liquid Ring Pump repairs.

To succeed, you will need:

Education Level:

Education BA is preferred but not required with 5 or more years of production planning or project management experience.
