Job Description and Requirements

Test and Validation Engineering, Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers responsible for post-silicon electrical validation and debug on mixed-signal PCIe SerDes IP
  • Oversee the development of evaluation scripts, validating circuit block behavior, evaluating results, and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environment
  • Manage schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of validation activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop test plans and analysis

Requirements:
  • B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in silicon validation of high speed SerDes
  • Experience with script-based test automation and strong scripting skills in general
  • Hands on debug experience with high-speed oscilloscopes, BERTs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with issue and task tracking through Jira/Confluence/Kanban
  • Experience with software version control systems such as Perforce

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $136,000 to $204,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
