As a Senior Content Development Specialist, you will be part of a team that reaches employees in every industry and in every location around the world with messaging about key ethics and compliance topics. You will be responsible for developing engaging, multi-media learning experiences. What You Will Do:

  • Work on a high-performing team dedicated to excellence, building world-class multi-media e-learning experiences for employees all over the world

  • Manage a variety of rewarding projects, often balancing multiple projects against competing timelines

  • Utilize emerging technologies such as AI to enhance and transform the way you work

  • Lead content development projects from research through market release; collaborate with animators, video production and others

  • Transform complex legal language into learning content

  • Apply learning and development expertise to each project, with a focus on adult learning methodologies, learning effectiveness, data and analytics and learner engagement

  • Receive and incorporate feedback regarding your work product; provide feedback on the work of others

  • Collaborate on new product offerings

  • Other tasks as assigned, such as providing guidance to other parts of the organization, assisting with questions and overseeing content management projects

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of professional writing experience, preferably working with content related to ethics and compliance or legal topics

  • Experience in learning and development and/or instructional design

  • Experience working with legal and/or compliance subject matter experts; J.D. is desirable but not required

  • Stellar writing and researching skills including the ability to structure an effective learning experience, write creative copy, and develop engaging learning experiences

  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to consistently meet delivery deadlines

  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with remote team members

  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility to drive project completion

  • A mindset for innovation and constant improvement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

Writing samples welcome; a focus on examples including scenarios and/or compliance topics desired. Candidates will be asked to draft some sample copy for a compliance topic.

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $75,000+.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
