What You Get to Do:

Item 1 Sales Training and Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs utilizing Korn Ferry Strategic Selling with Perspective and continuously upskill existing sales team members
  • Create sales training materials, including presentations, playbooks, and online modules, tailored to different stages of the sales cycle and various customer segments
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance sales team effectiveness and performance.

Item 2 Content Development and Management:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, product guides, and sales scripts.
  • Ensure sales content is current, relevant, and aligned with the companys messaging and positioning.
  • Establish a centralized repository for sales content and provide sales representatives with easy access to relevant resources.

Item 3 Sales Process Optimization:

  • Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and optimize sales technologies.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks outlining standardized processes and tactics for various scenarios.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to support the sales teams productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on the use of sales enablement software and other relevant tools.
  • Integrate 3rd party solution partner expansion through the Xcelerate program and future Marketplace expansion efforts.

Item 4 Performance Measurement and Analytics:

  • Define key performance metrics for sales enablement initiatives and track their impact on sales productivity and revenue generation.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of sales training programs, content utilization, and sales process improvements.
  • Use data driven insights to continuously refine and optimize sales enablement strategies and tactics.

Item 5 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, HQ Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales enablement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams to gather feedback, identify challenges, and implement solutions that support the overall sales strategy.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Training and or Program Management Experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred Marketing and or Communications and or Graphic Design

Key Competencies:

  • Program and or Project Management
  • Graphic Design and or Content Creation
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience with KFSell Miller Heiman preferred
  • Mastery of Microsoft tools PPT, Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong Presentation and Interpersonal skills

Other Requirements

  • Travel is required 25 percent
What We Offer:
The salary range of 119,000 -$175,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. This role maybe eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
