The Opportunity

As the Sr. Social Strategy Manager for Photoshop and Lightroom, you will play a pivotal role in the Adobe social ecosystem, reporting directly to the Director of Social Strategy. The position entails devising and driving comprehensive social owned, paid, and influencer strategies across the Photoshop and Lightroom social ecosystems, targeting creative professionals, communicators, and next gen audiences. The ideal candidate will spearhead collaboration with paid, influencer, and creative agencies and partners, refine engagement tactics, and represent the Photoshop and Lightroom strategies and audience within the broader Adobe Social and Marketing teams.

What you'll Do
  • Lead agency and in-house teams to evolve the Photoshop and Lightroom social strategies to reach the next generation of users.
  • Lead the development and execution of social and influencer strategies targeting key audiences, aligned with business goals.
  • Lead all aspects of paid, influencer, and editorial strategy alignment
  • Coordinate with global teams to devise integrated communication strategies and campaigns across owned and earned media channels.
  • Explore and recommend novel methods to enhance engagement across social media platforms, including emerging channels.
  • Partner with measurement and analytics team to refine social and influencer programs for optimal performance.
  • Stay up to date with standard methodologies and technologies
  • Closely partner with PR/Communications on impactful activations
  • Collaborate with product/product marketing, brand marketing, and other cross-functional marketing teams
What you need to succeed
  • 10+ years of experience leading social media communities, encompassing day-to-day management, growth strategies, engagement campaigns, influencer marketing, paid media, social analytics, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of platform and audience.
  • Proficient in collaborating with influencers and agencies on impactful brand campaigns and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical approach and creative thinking
  • The ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools and reporting mechanisms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with Adobe tools and services, particularly Photoshop, and/or other digital creative tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of social media management platforms for publishing, moderation (Sprinklr, Talkwalker, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Design, or related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,600 -- $218,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
