Hospitality Aide:

Status: Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park - 801 SE Park Crest Ave. Vancouver, WA 98683

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights and communicate needs to CNAs; provide assistance with non-direct care
• Make empty beds
• Tidy resident rooms
• Room readiness (preparing rooms for new move in's)
• Resident interactions
• Dump barrels with CNAs
• Clean wheelchairs (NOC or when not in use)
• Sanitize handrails
• Stock CNA and nursing supply closets
• Hospitality Aids can assist with CNAs and nursing staff; but cannot perform ANY direct care (transferring, toileting, feeding, etc).
• Knowledge and experience working around and interacting with residents in a healthcare setting is helpful but not required.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Must be interested in completing the CNA program and obtaining CNA license
