Your Role With Us: The Environmental Services Lead will have multiple competing priorities including; assisting the supervisor with scheduling and assignments, providing input into staff evaluations, and resolving issues. The role involves communicating the status of assigned areas or projects, performing Environmental Services Assistant duties, and ensuring areas are well-stocked. The role requires timely response to calls, proactive identification and correction of customer concerns, and developing strong working relationships. The role also involves maintaining high cleanliness standards, performing cleaning tasks, reporting unsafe equipment, and ensuring facility security. The role includes training assistants on policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate use of personal protective equipment, demonstrating safe work practices, and keeping the supervisor informed of any deviations from the scheduled routine.
