We're actively seeking an A&P Mechanic to join our team in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, offering a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of safety and quality in aviation.

As a General Aviation A&P Mechanic, you will be instrumental in inspecting, servicing, and repairing aircraft to ensure safety and compliance. Your expertise in aircraft maintenance and adherence to FAA regulations are crucial for the airworthiness of each aircraft we handle.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on airframes, engines, and related systems, ensuring compliance with FAA standards.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, addressing issues in engines, avionics, hydraulics, and more.
• Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections and maintain compliance with all FAA regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
• Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and adherence to relevant aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Communication: Work collaboratively with maintenance teams and communicate effectively with regulatory bodies.
• Equipment and Tool Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• Proven experience in general aviation maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, including avionics.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow stringent procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and physical fitness to work under various conditions.
