  • Working Condition: Remote > This position can be fully remote with some requirements for in-person work. You must be living in the United States to qualify for remote work.

  • This position is permanent, full time, and represented by SEIU.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The person in this position is to independently develop, negotiate and administer complex or high-risk grants, contracts, and agreements that may be politically sensitive and have multiple funding sources, funding arrangements and policy interpretation throughout the pre-award and post-award phases.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Five years procurement and contract experience related to the position such as developing and administering standard contracts, agreements, or solicitations.

A bachelor's degree and two years of professional-level procurement and contract experience related to the position.

Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of procurement and contract experience related to the position.

The Procurement and Grant Compliance Section of the Chief Financial Office includes grants, financial monitoring & compliance, and procurement & contracts. Key program areas of the agency rely on community partners serving low-income Oregonians, and grants and contracts are critical to this success to ensure resources reaching low-income Oregonians.
