Description
The Community Engagement & Social Impact Director is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Providence Health Plan's Community Benefit program, social impact initiatives, non-profit partnerships, and caregiver volunteerism to support PHP's Mission and organizational goals. The position reports to the Executive Director of Stakeholder Engagement within the Office of the CEO and will partner cross-functionally to drive an effective and cohesive strategy that is inclusive and positively impacts the communities we serve.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
